sour cream sauce
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 tbl olive oil
1/4 tsp meat tenderizer
1 tbl chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbl minced parsley
1/2 c sour cream
pepper to taste

all but sour cream, simmer 5 minutes. Don't burn the garlic.
then blend in the sour cream.

Campfire Potatoes:

[*]15 small red potatoes, cut in half.
[*]4 Garlic cloves
[*]1/2 can of Beer
[*]One can 15oz Spicy Diced tomatoes
[*]Whole basil leaves, or a sprig of rosemary

All goes in tinfoil pouch for campfire.
