Str fry Bac choy. I got the Bac Choy kit precut from Safeway. Drizzle oil in pan with some salt sprinkled in. Get this hot. Add the box of precuts. Start to fry them up. I added Soy sauce, garlic powder and a little coriander while frying. In the end, it was too sour so I drizzled in some honey. Good trick!
