Mac N Meat, Spicy version Start 2 standard boxes of Mac n cheese boiling in the Dutch oven. Sprinkle some salt and a drizzle of olive oil into a large skillet. Add 1 lb. pack of ground elk and start browning it. When the elk is nearly done, add in a diced onion, a few (3 small or 1 large) cloves of garlic and fry this up 'till the onions are getting clear. Add oil if it gets too dry. Near the end of frying the onions, add in a small can of jalapeƱos diced. And finish frying everything up. Meanwhile... The macaroni should be done boiling. Just prepare it in the Dutch oven as you would normally. Adding milk & the powdered orange stuff. Macaroni n cheese completed in Dutch oven. Add the meat and onion mixture from the frying pan into the Dutch oven along with a couple big squirts of ketchup. Mix this all up and you're done.
