Danny's Spanish rice 1 cup rice Splash olive oil fir pan 1..1 1/2 tbl minced ( from jar) garlic HEAPING forkfull. ~1/2 tsp salt 1/4..1/2 tsp cumin 1/2+ cup tomato sauce. Heat oil in large frypan. Start frying the rice in pan, med-low. Add the garlic, salt and cumin to the rice. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add 1 can chicken broth and 1/2+ cup tomato sauce. Bring to boil in med high. Cover, set to low 20 minutes.
