Mashed potatoes This was three spuds for Julie n’ me. Peel & chop up about 1..2 medium spuds per person. Boil in salted water. (don’t know how much salt. I just shook in a bunch.) Once boiled and drained.. Add about a teaspoon of Butter (ghee) a splash of half-N-half and about a tsp of minced garlic. Mash ‘em all up. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly add a couple handfuls of shredded parmisian cheese and mix this in. Add a little heat at this point if needed to melt/blend in the cheese. Tasty!
